Your suite

Downstairs suite is very large with a full bathroom with an antique ball and claw bath with a shower over. French doors open onto the wide paved veranda, ideal for an evening drink or early morning tea and coffee, relax and take in the fabulous view over Smith's Bay.

Upstairs suite has a spacious ensuite and french windows open onto a private balcony with fantastic views over Smith's bay and the surrounding countryside.

Both suites are elegantly furnished with antiques, except of course for the beds which are brand new, queen sized and the most comfortable we could find. They are fitted with dual controlled electric blankets. We use only top quality bed linen, there is a choice of pillow types and extra blankets are available.

Tea and coffee facilities are available offering a range of different teas including herbals. A refrigerator is provided for cool beverages and milk, there are little treats of yummy biscuits and chocolates.

Bathrooms and ensuites have everything you would expect from the highest class accommodation including luxurious thick fluffy egyptian cotton towels, toweling robes, hairdryers and toiletries, only rain water is used.

There is a sitting room for guest's private use which also has french doors opening onto the veranda.

Our guests are always very welcome to explore the spectacular gardens which have plant colour whatever the season. The garden attracts a huge variety of native birds.
